About Factory-Certified Parts

Using genuine LG OEM parts ensures that your repaired oven & range maintains its original performance specifications and safety standards. Aftermarket parts may fit but often lack the precision engineering that LG builds into its original components. We source parts directly from authorized distributors, so you get the same quality that LG itself would use.

What to Expect from Our LG Oven & Range Repair Service

When you contact LG Appliance Experts for Oven & Range repair, our process is straightforward and transparent. We confirm your appointment within 2 hours, arrive in the agreed time window, and carry the most common LG Oven & Range replacement parts on every service vehicle. In most cases, the diagnosis and repair are completed in a single visit.

Before any work begins, your technician will explain the fault in plain language and provide a written estimate. You approve the repair before we proceed — no surprises on the final invoice.

Common LG Oven & Range Problems We Fix

  • Appliance not turning on or losing power mid-cycle — typically a control board, thermal fuse, or door latch issue depending on the appliance type.
  • Error codes displayed on the panel — LG error codes indicate specific component failures. Our technicians diagnose the root cause, not just the symptom.
  • Unusual noises during operation — grinding, squealing, or banging sounds usually point to worn bearings, a failing pump, or a foreign object in the drum or mechanism.
  • Performance issues — not heating, not cooling, not cleaning, not draining, or not spinning are the most common performance complaints we diagnose and resolve.
  • Leaking water — worn door gaskets, cracked hoses, or a faulty pump seal are the usual causes. Left unrepaired, leaks cause secondary damage to floors and cabinetry.

Genuine LG OEM Parts

Every repair we complete uses genuine LG OEM parts sourced directly from LG's authorized parts network. Aftermarket parts may cost less upfront but often fail prematurely and can cause secondary damage. Using OEM parts ensures the repair meets the original engineering specification and keeps your appliance running at manufacturer-rated performance.

90-Day Warranty on Every Repair

All LG Oven & Range Repair work completed by LG Appliance Experts is backed by a 90-day parts and labor warranty. If the same fault recurs within 90 days of your service, we return at no additional charge. This warranty applies to the specific repair performed and covers both the replacement part and the labor to install it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common LG Repair Questions

Answers to the most common questions our customers ask.

Uneven baking in LG electric ranges is most often caused by a weak or partially failed bake element — it glows but doesn't produce full wattage. On LG gas ranges, a dirty or misaligned burner cap causes uneven flame. Both are same-day repairs with OEM LG parts.

F3 means the oven temperature sensor (RTD probe) is open-circuit or shorted. The oven will not heat correctly. The sensor is a simple plug-in part located at the back of the oven cavity — typically a 30-minute repair.

The most common cause is food debris clogging the igniter port or the burner cap being misaligned after cleaning. Wipe the igniter tip and ensure the burner cap sits flat. If clicking continues without lighting, the igniter electrode or spark module has failed.

The Air Fry mode uses the same bake/convection elements as regular cooking. If the oven won't heat, Air Fry will also fail. The repair that fixes the oven will restore all cooking modes, including Air Fry, Convection, and ProBake.
